Tuvia Borok Tuvia Borok is co-founder & co-chair of The P3 Network. P3 is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support, advice, advocacy and role models for non-traditional and LGBT+ families. He is a regular speaker on authentic leadership, multi-faceted diversity, and re-defining heteronormative stereotypes. He is a regular writer about inclusion biases that he faces being a single gay dad. When not juggling the competing demands of being an awesome dad, his leadership of P3 or his professional career, Tuvia is an avid family fitness enthusiast and regularly participates in father-son adventure races.

Pippa Evans Pippa Evans is a musical comedian and improvisor. Her work has seen her tour globally, both as a stand-up and as a founder member of the Olivier award-winning stage show, Showstoppers! The Improvisational Musical. Pippa can often be found on Radio 4 singing songs on The Now Show. Alongside her performance work, Pippa is fascinated by the application of improvisational theory to every day living, which has led to the creation of the successful 'Improv Your Life' workshop series. In 2013, Pippa co-founded the Sunday Assembly, a network of secular and inclusive congregations, which now operates in over 70 cities globally.

Yamin Choudury Yamin Choudury is the Executive Producer of Creative Learning at Hackney Empire, with a particular focus on creating platforms for emerging talent and unheard voices. With a background in Inclusive Theatre, his work is primarily based around the concept that everyone has something to share, but not all have the ability to share it. Having worked extensively across the performing arts and music industry, Yamin works to create pathways and access by the mainstream to diverse, fresh and contemporary ideas. An award-winning arts practitioner and workshop director, he has, for over ten years, been supporting the next generation of creative producers and artists to discover and assert their voice.

Jessica Pidsley Jessica graduated from RADA in 2009. In 2012 she created her debut comedy show, I Can Make You Thin(k), performing with the Underbelly at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. An LGBT+ entrepreneur and former Barclays senior executive, she actively mentors young women into STEM careers and sits on the steering committee of LB Women.

Prior to going in-house Sharmaine was the Co-Founder and Publishing Director of Dialogue Scouting, the UK’s first book to film & TV scouting consultancy as well as being ELLE’s Literary Editor. Her path is drawn from all things innovative in storytelling and in 2008 Sharmaine set up her own bookshop as well as a creative agency in Berlin, having worked previously in PR, bookselling, event management and digital consultancy. Home is London and her roots are Jamaican and books make her part of the world.

During this time, while completing numerous deployments and operations with partners around the world, he established a reputation for being a transformational leader and enjoyed many challenging opportunities to turn struggling and conflicted teams into world-class organisations. Now with Wilson Perumal & Company, he continues to focus on innovative organisational development programmes and strengthening the role of leaders to transform their organisation’s culture and management systems while enabling them to establish and maintain their company’s position as an industry leader.
